We are currently seeking an experienced upholsterer to join our busy workroom. As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will possess strong skills in upholstery, particularly in cutting and sewing. Experience working with vinyl is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Upholster furniture and fixtures according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Cut and sew upholstery materials accurately and efficiently.
• Repair and replace damaged upholstery as needed.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an upholsterer, preferably in a marine or related industry.
• Proficiency in cutting and sewing upholstery materials.
• Familiarity with working with vinyl is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
